Job Description

Our client is a modern restaurant offering premium casual dining and sophisticated bar service. As Restaurant Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of front of house service.


The Role:
  • Recruit, train and develop a team of professional floor staff.
  • Mentor, motivate and manage your team to achieve targets. 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure service standards are consistently excellent.
  • Assist with driving social media and other marketing initiatives.
Candidate profile:
  • Previous restaurant/venue/F&B management experience in a modern restaurant environment - ideally from a hatted restaurant or similar 5-star background
  • Excellent communication and coaching/training ability. 
  • Strong desire to be challenged and succeed. 
  • Sound financial skills in cash reconciliation and P&L management. 
  • Great product knowledge - wine and food. 
Salary & Benefits:
  • $75K - $85K + super
  • Up to $500 in tips p/w
