Our client is a world-renowned experience agency, with offices in Sydney and London, that creates spectacular events reflecting the extraordinary stories of some of the most coveted brands in the world. 

We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Senior Event Producer, experienced in working with high-end fashion and luxury brands, to oversee event strategy and orchestrate operational excellence.  
The role:  

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work across a wide portfolio of top tier clients as the Event lead from brief through to execution. You will be coordinating and project managing the creative team, production team and live events team to ensure the successful delivery of spectacular events, installations and activations Australia wide.  

  • In conjunction with the senior leadership and creative team you will contribute to pitch ideation and concepts, strategic content development, through to final production.  
  • Manage and source venues and suppliers 
  • Key Account management of VIP clients, respecting stringent brand guidelines and exacting standards, while often dealing with stakeholders located in various regional offices 
  • Full responsibility for project budgets and cost control 
  • Post-event analysis and reporting 
  • Lead, coach and mentor team members of varying levels of skill and experience 

Candidate profile:  

  • 5+ years agency experience with demonstrated expertise in live event staging and production for high-profile clients and events. 
  • Highly developed and demonstrated project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and to balance competing priorities in a dynamic and high-profile work environment 
  • Must have high end luxury brand knowledge and experience 
  • In depth knowledge of venues and suppliers in key Australian locations 
  • You will be highly organised and possess careful attention to detail
  • Knowledge of budget management software Procim is beneficial 
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders including clients, staff and third-party suppliers 
  • Proficient with Sharepoint and MS Office suite
