Our client is a successful National Team Event Management Company, specialising in conceptualising, creating and delivering a wide variety of unique and tailored team building programs for their corporate clients.

Currently in an exciting growth phase, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast, as well as an expanding international network, we are seeking a dedicated and relationship-based Sales Manager to join their high-performing Sydney sales team

The role:
  • Reporting to the MD (Sales & Marketing) the primary purpose of this position is to manage and increase the conversion rate of reactive leads and further develop the company’s account base from new and past clients.
  • Managing, qualifying and servicing online and phone inquiries
  • Creating and inputting client proposals in the database as well as following up with clients to confirm opportunities
  • Work towards meeting set Sales KPIs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and establish solid client relationships
  • Become a valuable and supportive member of the national sales team
  • Support marketing activities as required
  • Attend Networking events, Tradeshows, and Famils to represent the company and source new business leads
  • Assist with video or written content as required
 Candidate profile:
  • A hospitality or customer service background is highly desired (min 3-4 years)
  • Previous reactive sales or account management experience is preferably
  • You will have an understanding or exposure to the events industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and attention to detail
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be team orientated and results driven
  • Good problem-solving skills and an excellent multi-tasker
  • Experience in Salesforce (preferable)
  • Competent with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Resilience to handle a fast-paced working environment, as well as being self-motivated, with a passion for excellence
