Job Description

Our client is a global Live Brand Storytelling agency, creating and delivering exceptional live experiences that excite and unite physical and digital audiences including employees, customers, investors, members, partners, press and consumers. They have 9 offices around the globe and over 120 employees.  
  
This award-winning experiential agency is seeking an Event Producer to join their Sydney team. You will support the team on multiple large-scale events that involve international travel. You will have training and career trajectory within the live events, brand, digital and content space. 
 
The role: 
  • Oversee logistics of multiple events both virtual and live  
  • Regular client interface and client relationship management including preparation and management of WIP notes, agendas and schedules 
  • Budget management using Procim budgeting software (training provided) 
  • Invoice and PO tracking and management 
  • Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships, negotiate best rates 
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, schedules and showbooks 
  • Create/update client WIP decks and presentations with detail and consistency  
  • Manage crew, speaker and supplier travel and logistics 
  • Learn to manage virtual platforms including Jomablue (training provided) 
  • Manage graphic and content for virtual events 
  • Manage all WIP documents for virtual events 
  • Attend virtual and live events for show period 
  • Venue research, bookings and liaison for live events  
  • Support the Producers as required 
  • Ideally looking for someone who has experience in virtual events, platform build, webcast and technical production 
 Candidate profile: 
  • At least 2 years of work experience 
  • Must have diploma, advanced diploma in the relevant field. 
  • 3 years of work experience as an event manger to substitute the qualification if not available. 
  • Ability to be a strong support to the Production team 
  • Strong client and supplier relationship skills 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management 
  • Compliment and add value to the team 
  • Proactive and able to make decisions

Salary & benefits: 
  • From $80K-$120K AUD plus super (depending on experience)
