His background includes senior talent acquisition roles with leading hospitality operators, including Singapore's renowned Lo & Behold Group, where he supported recruitment for acclaimed venues such as Odette, Le Bon Funk and The Warehouse Hotel.

Having also worked in specialist culinary recruitment across metropolitan and regional Australia, Aldrich brings valuable industry knowledge, an extensive professional network and a strong understanding of the challenges hospitality businesses face in attracting quality talent.
