The role:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to maintain seamless communication and uphold the restaurant's vision.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory control while optimizing profitability.
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end, Michelin-starred, or fine-dining restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff to excellence.
- A deep passion for the culinary arts and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with both guests and staff.
- Proficiency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
