Danielle is a talented sales, marketing, and business development professional drawing on 20 years’ experience with some of Australia’s best-known hotel, events, catering, and restaurant management companies.

 

Danielle began her career working as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and then worked her way up to becoming a Director of Sales and Marketing with Accor Hotels. She found that her true passion was in events and became an expert in this area of the business winning and hosting large scale events such as Denmark's Crown Princess Mary and Prince Fredericks visit to Sydney at the Sofitel Wentworth in 2011. Her strong relationship management capabilities combined with in depth knowledge of the hotel and MICE sector allowed her to consistently exceed yearly targets and budgets.

 

In 2018 she helped the Novotel Darling Square launch their newly completed 20-million-dollar refurbishment before changing gears to gain experience in venue and event catering overseeing the events sales team for Taronga Zoo and Epicure. Returning to hotels, Danielle spent 18 months with boutique hotel group 8 Hotels prior to undertaking a move to Melbourne with Lucas Restaurants supporting the launch of Society restaurant and the group’s event department.
